At ETP Development, there is never a charge to talk with you about your business needs. We have been to customers locations, talked about processes, recommended options, and never invoiced a dime.

If we can provide you a customized solution however, here's what to expect*:

1. Consultation. Determines your business need. This includes a discussion with owners and staff alike (at no charge) to define what we call the 50,000 foot view which is a very high level over-arching diagram and description of what the business need involves.

2. Proposal. Lets you know (at no charge) if we think we can help in this business situation. It may or may not include such things as diagrams, proposals on business flow, executive summaries and resources involved.

3. Design Phase. This is the part of the project with the greatest focus for the client, the most intensive and time consuming for the client, and should be the greatest value of the project. Before we start this phase, a retainer could very well be required depending on the size of the project. This phase includes staff interviews (depending on the project), many drawings, documentation and refining of the items in step 2.

4. Implementation/Installation. These two steps will be intertwined throughout until the finish of the project. There will be discussion, development, delivery, testing, implementation, and the process will repeat itself numerous times throughout the project. This is the most staff intensive part of the project due to testing and input. Documentation will be provided every step of the way and progress meetings will be crucial on a delivery schedule agreed upon in step 3.
